As a response to the impact of hurricanes Harvey and Irma, the Labor Department has extended the due date for the VETS-4212 until November 15th. The extension applies to all federal contractors not just those located in states impacted by the hurricanes. The extra time will give contractors time to make sure their filings are in order.
Companies with federal contracts are required to file the VETS-4212 to report on their affirmative action efforts in employing veterans.
